Dallas, TX – In another sign of Micah Parsons’ untouchable status in Dallas, the Buffalo Bills have reportedly approached the Cowboys with a bold trade proposal that left Jerry Jones unimpressed.
Buffalo, desperate to inject elite pass-rushing talent into their defense, offered defensive end Greg Rousseau and a 2026 third-round pick in hopes of prying away Dallas’s All-Pro defender.
Insiders say the Bills’ front office saw Parsons as the missing piece for a Super Bowl run. But their offer—Rousseau, a promising edge rusher, plus a mid-round pick—was never likely to move the needle for Dallas.
The Cowboys quickly dismissed the proposal. “I’d rather let him play one more season for the Cowboys than accept this ridiculous offer, Beane. Use your head,” Jerry Jones fired back, according to team sources.
For the Cowboys, Parsons remains the centerpiece of their future and a face of the franchise. No mid-tier deal, no matter how sweetened, is enough for Dallas to even consider parting ways.
For now, the Bills will have to look elsewhere for defensive stardom. Parsons isn’t leaving Texas anytime soon—and Jerry Jones’s stance only hardens with every call.
