That’s all it took. The “cap” emoji (slang for lie) was Jenkins’ only response after reports surfaced linking him to a strip club scuffle gone wrong. TMZ says Jenkins demanded his money back after realizing the club had no music, and tensions escalated so fast police were called. Jenkins and his crew were reportedly gone before authorities arrived.
Jenkins, who hasn’t tweeted since April 19, kept things brief but loud. He even replied to a fan asking about the location, offering just enough to fuel speculation but stop short of a full explanation.
The 29-year-old is expected to take on a bigger role in Green Bay’s offense next season following Josh Myers’ departure. But this offseason headline wasn’t exactly what the Packers had in mind.
So far, the team remains silent. Fans? They’re backing him.
But make no mistake — the spotlight is now squarely on Jenkins, and one emoji might not be enough if things heat up again.
Stay tuned. This story isn’t done yet.
