That was the response from general manager Omar Khan when asked whether Pickens being in the final year of his contract would play a role in trying to recover the second-round pick they lost in the trade with the Seahawks for DK Metcalf.
“No. I mean, we’re glad we have George (Pickens) and DK (Metcalf) here. I think they’re going to be exciting for everyone to watch. We’re excited to have DK here but, no. No.”
