Tom Brady is among several people’s Mount Rushmore’s of GOAT athletes after he earned seven Super Bowls and a slew of NFL records over the course of his NFL career that spanned over two decades.
But who would be on Brady’s Mount Rushmore?
During a recent interview with Bleacher Report, the former New England Patriots quarterback revealed that Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Kobe Bryant, Michael Phelps, Rory McIlroy and Shoehei Ohtani are among his.
Then he moved to the WNBA and mentioned A’Ja Wilson of the Las Vegas Aces.
“I love her,” Brady said. “She’s amazing.”
Then he named two other stars of the league.
“Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, this little thing they got going, I love that. It’s been really exciting,” he said.
The rivalry between Reese and Clark dates back to their college days. In 2023, LSU defeated Iowa in the NCAA championship game, but Iowa got its revenge the following year and eliminated LSU in the Elite Eight. Prior to tipoff, Reese said that she and Clark don’t hate one another, there’s just “no friends” once they step on the court.
That same kind of energy has carried over into the WNBA as Clark, with the Indiana Fever, and Reese, with the Chicago Sky, have made headlines since they debuted in the WNBA last season.
